Tucked away in a serene neighborhood in Central Osaka, "Bread, Espresso & Roastery" instagram.com/bread.espresso.and.roastery is a charming retro cafe just a five-minute walk from Minamimorimachi Station on the Sakaisuji Line (exit 5). This newest branch of Bread, Espresso, which opened its doors on June 26, 2024, joins over 20 other locations (Bread, Espresso Utsubo, Bread, Espresso Arashiyama, Bread, Espresso Sakaisujiclub) throughout Japan. Housed in a refurbished metal factory, the cafe spans two floors, retaining much of the building's original industrial character. The interior features blueprints, original desks, and old lockers, offering a nostalgic glimpse into its past. This branch also serves as the main roastery, supplying coffee to all other locations.

Seating is available on the first floor near the order counter, with a storage rack repurposed as a seating area. Additional seating can be found upstairs, accessible by a narrow metal staircase—mind your head when taking a seat. Ascending the stairs at the back, you'll pass through the locker room into the main seating area, which features two wood counters facing each other along the atrium, providing a view downstairs, as well as two desks with seats against the wall.

The menu boasts a variety of breakfast toast plates with diverse toppings and side dishes, including honey butter, red bean paste butter, cinnamon, bacon and cheese, and scrambled egg, each accompanied by a side salad and tomatoes. Sweet options include affogato, scone sandwiches, and donut affogato. Since April 2024, Bread, Espresso has been offering their own Italian ice cream in flavors like matcha, espresso, raspberry milk, and pina colada.

大阪中心部の閑静のエリアに佇む「Bread, Espresso & Roastery」は、堺筋線・南森町駅（出口5）から徒歩5分の所にあるおしゃれでレトロなカフェです。2024年6月26日にオープンして、Bread, Espressoの最新店舗であり、日本全国に20店舗以上があります。改装された金属工場の建物に位置し、カフェは2階建て、元々の会社の特徴なところが残されています。インテリアはインダストリアルスタイルで設計図や元の机、古いロッカーなどがまだ残されて、昔の雰囲気がします。この店舗は、他の店舗にコーヒーを供給するメインロースタリーになっています。

客席は1階に注文カウンターの向こう側に、再利用された収納ラックが座席エリアとして使用されています、狭い金属の階段上がって、頭を気を付けながら座れます。奥にある階段をあがると、ロッカールームを通って、メインの座席エリアにたどり着きます。ここにはアトリウムに沿って向かい合った木のカウンターが2つあり、壁沿いにも机と椅子があります。

メニューには、様々なトッピングとサイドディッシュがついてる朝食トーストプレートがあります。ハニーバター、あんバター、シナモン、ベーコンチーズ、スクランブルエッグなどがあり、各プレートにはサラダとトマトが添えられます。スイーツにはアフォガート、スコーンサンドイッチ、ドーナツアフォガートがあり、2024年4月からは、自家製のイタリアンアイスクリームも販売されています。味は抹茶、エスプレッソ、ラズベリーミルク、ピニャコラーダなどがあります。
