Located on a 15 minute walk from Hankyu Kobe Line's Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi station is this popular café called 'Yuge Roaster'. Not to be confused with Yuge Coffee Roaster, this is the main branch and where it all started.

Yuge Roaster is a roastery and café in one and has quite a narrow interior. The shop has the roastery and order counter area, a shop area and a small seating area with limited seats consisting of one dining table and 2 comfortable livingroom chairs that face each other.

The menu consists of Hot coffee (French press), Café latte, café au lait, Americano, espresso, cafe mocha as well as milk and apple juice. They also have sweets (donuts, tiramisu and seasonal poundcake) that go really well with the delicious coffee. They also sell coffee-set packages that make for  nice gifts.

Yuge Roaster is a small but cozy café that serves delicious coffee and sweets. The staff is friendly and the service good. It's no surprise that they are so popular.

ゆげ焙煎所は、ロースタリーとカフェが一緒になっています。店内には割と狭くて、ロースタリー＆オーダーカウンターエリア、ショップエリアと小さなシーティングエリアに構成されています。シーティングスペースはダイニングテーブルの席と快適なリビングチェアの二つだけで構成されています。

メニューには、ホットコーヒー（フレンチプレス）、カフェラテ、カフェオレ、アメリカーノ、エスプレッソ、カフェモカ又は牛乳、リンゴジュースもあります。さらにスイーツ（ドーナツ、ティラミス、季節のパウンドケーキ）もあります。素敵なギフトセットもありますが、良いプレゼントになります。

ゆげ焙煎所は、小さくて居心地の良いカフェで、美味しいコーヒーとお菓子もあり、スタッフもフレンドリーなので、やはり人気でおすすめなカフェです。
