Standard Coffee Roastery (instagram.com/standard_coffee_roastery/) opened its doors on July 24, 2025, in the Momoyamadai area of Suita, Osaka, just a short walk from the station. This is the third project from Standard renovation company, following Standard cafe & gallery Utsubokoen and Standard cafe & gallery Ryokuchikoen a company well known for its work in renovating homes and commercial spaces, and their design sense really comes through here.

Inside, the café has a clean, modern look softened by natural touches, plenty of sunlight, warm wood tones, and greenery that make the space feel calm and welcoming. Outside, a simple façade with plants and benches invites people to slow down and enjoy a drink in a relaxed atmosphere.

The main draw is the coffee. Their original “Standard Blend” brings together beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, and Colombia, roasted medium-dark for a balance of bright citrus notes and smooth nuttiness. Alongside their house coffee, the menu features hand-drip, cold brew, cold brew with milk, and a few fruit juices. Drinks can be enjoyed inside, out on the benches, or taken to go. Coffee-related goods are also on display for those who want to bring part of the experience home.

The café also includes a clothing space called “All things in the”, where you’ll find original Standard brand T-shirts, blending coffee culture with everyday style.

With its thoughtful design, carefully roasted coffee, and laid-back vibe, Standard Coffee Roastery is a spot that makes it easy to settle in and take a breather in Suita.

スタンダードコーヒーロースタリー（instagram.com/standard_coffee_roastery）は、2025年7月24日、吹田市の桃山台駅近くにオープンしました。住宅やお店のリノベーションで知られる「スタンダードリノベーションカンパニー」が手がけるカフェで、靭公園店、緑地公園店に続く3店舗目です。おしゃれなデザインセンスが今回もよく表れています。

店内は明るくモダンな雰囲気で、大きな窓から自然光がたっぷり入り、木のぬくもりや緑が落ち着いた空間をつくっています。外には植物やベンチがあり、気軽にコーヒーを楽しめる雰囲気です。

一番の魅力はやはりコーヒーです。エチオピア、ブラジル、コロンビアの豆を合わせた「スタンダードブレンド」は、柑橘のような香りとナッツのまろやかさがバランスよく調和したミディアムダークロースト。ほかにもハンドドリップやコールドブリュー、ミルク入りコールドブリュー、フルーツジュースなどがあります。店内や外のベンチで飲むのはもちろん、テイクアウトも可能です。コーヒー関連のグッズもあるので、自宅でも楽しめます。

さらに、カフェには「All things in the」というアパレルコーナーもあり、StandardブランドのTシャツなど、コーヒーとファッションを組み合わせた商品も並んでいます。
