Kurasu Ebisugawa is a coffee specialty shop and the second branch of the Kurasu brand (here the first branch) in Kyoto, located on a walking distance from Kyoto's Imperial Palace and gardens.

The café has an ivory colored façade with a wide entrance which makes it a little more accessible for people in wheelchairs and strollers if the small step is not an issue.

In front of the entrance is a large counter island which serves both as the order & preparation counter as well as the counter where the customers can sit and drink, which makes it an ideal place for customers to interact with the friendly staff.

The seating area behind the counter is a small and limited, consisting of a variety of modern but comfortable pieces of furniture.

On the right side of the café is large shelving covering the entire wall, displaying various items for making coffee that can be purchased.

While Kurasu sells coffee, they also have matcha, houjicha and even mandarin drinks for people who don't drink coffee. For coffee fanatics they sell exclusive Kurasu blends that are on display.

京都御苑の近くと烏丸線の丸太町駅から徒歩5分にスタイリッシュなコーヒー屋さん「クラス・エビスガワ」があります。クラス・エビスガワはクラスの2店目です。(ここはクラスの本店です)。

クラスの外観は単色のアイボリー色で、入口が広くて、車椅子とベビーカーの方にも少しアクセスしやすいです。

入口のすぐそこに大きいなカウンターアイランドがあります。カウンターはオーダーカウンター・レジ又はお客席にとってもカウンター席がついてます。親切なスタッフと話しやすいセッティングになっています。

カウンターの後ろに様々なモダンスタイルな家具に構成している、小さなシーティングスペースがあります。

カフェの右側の壁の全体にシェルフになって、コーヒーの道具が並んで、販売されています。

コーヒー専門店だけど、コーヒーが飲めない方のためにも抹茶、ほうじ茶やミカンジュースもあります。コーヒーのファンだったら、クラスの専用ブレンドがカウンターの上にディスプレイされて、販売も可能です。
