“I Love you, pumpkin! I Love you, Honey Bunny”. Perhaps Not the most memorable quote but the start of one of the most iconic scenes of the movie Pulp Fiction. Based on the name of the movie ‘Honey Bunny’ in Ashiya is an American diner-inspired cafe with decor from Tarantino movies. Opened in 16 October 2020, Honey Bunny sits near Ashiyagawa on a 5 minute walk from Hankyu Ahiyagawa Station. The cafe serves homemade  American pies and various baked treats.

Honey Bunny sits on the ground floor of a small apartment building and features a full width glass exterior with a silhouette of a person leaning against the doorframe. Inside you will find a bright colorful exterior with the seating consists of red booths with black tables, reminiscent of a classic diner style. The front counter features a display case with various baked goods and snacks. The top of the counter has additional items for sale, including pastries and packaged treats. Behind the counter, shelves hold more products and decorative items. The decor includes framed posters and pictures on the walls, such as a poster of The Beatles' "Hard Day's Night." There are also shelves displaying various memorabilia and decorative items, adding personality to the space.

The menu offers homemade baked goods including: banana pudding pie, apple pie, pecan pie, fruits tart, carrot cake and more. On top of that Honey Bunny sells a wide variety of cookies.
