2023年6月27日にオープンした「Oliver Coffee Roasters - オリバー・コーヒー・ロースターズ」は堺筋線天神橋筋六丁目駅から徒歩で10分ぐらいの位置にして、フレンドリーな夫婦に営まれているおしゃれなカフェです。店名の由来は、夫のイタリアに住んでいる姉の猫であるオリバーにちなんでいますが、美しい名刺にも登場しています。

カフェの外観はシンプルでスタイリッシュなグレー漆喰と大きなガラスの引き戸があり、お店の前に通っている人はガラスを通しておしゃれで魅力的な店内が見えます。 中に入ると、広々としてインテリアには、ダークウッドベンチとスタイリッシュな木製のキッチンカウンターが目に引く、コンテンポラリーでミニマルなインテリアデザインになっています。全体、壁がスチールグレーの漆喰で、コンクリートの床でモダンの雰囲気になってます。 夫の韓国の遺産に敬意を表し、カウンターの縁と外観のネームプレートに韓国語で「オリバー コーヒー」という名前が表示され、国際的なセンスを加えています。
