Welcome to one of the most popular cafes in Kitahama, 'Moto Coffee', one of two branches (the other one being Moto Coffee Uehonmachi) and located right across the street of Kitahama Station exit 26. The cafe occupies three floors in a narrow building that is shaped in a triangle and is very easy to spot with its chalk white exterior.

The order counter is on the first floor where the customers first have to order their drinks or sweets before they can bring their  order to their seat which is either the terrace seats downstairs or by going back outside and through the iron gate on the left of the entrance that has stairs leading up to the second and third floor cafe area. The seating areas are small rooms behind glass doors with each two or three tables, all with a view over the Tosahori river. The interior is mostly white with simple wooden tables and J39 Shaker Chairs.

The menu has a large selection of coffee (americano, cafe latte (450 yen), cappuccino, mocha and much more), teas and softdrinks. To go with the drinks, they also have cake, tiramisu, flan or even something more hearty like toast sandwiches.

Moto Coffee is a nice café with a nice view in a convenient location but make sure to come early or expect some waiting time.

Moto Coffee 『　モトコーヒー　』

北浜駅の26番出口の向こう側の3階建ての建物に「モトコーヒー」という北浜で最も人気のあるカフェがあります。モトコーヒーは店舗が二つあり、もう一つはモトコーヒー上本町です。モトコーヒーはスタイリッシュな真っ白の三角形の割と狭い建物にあります。

注文カウンターは1階にあり、お客様が最初に飲み物やお食べ物を注文してから、テラス席か外に戻って、入口の左側にある鉄の戸通って2階や3階のカフェエリアにの席に移動します。2階や3階のシーティングエリアは小さな部屋で、それぞれ2つまたは3つのテーブルがあり、すべてトサホリ川の景色を眺めることができます。インテリアはほとんど白で、シンプルな木製のテーブルとJ39シェーカーチェアに構成されています。

メニューには、コーヒー（アメリカーノ、カフェラテ（450円）、カプチーノ、モカなど）、お茶、ソフトドリンクなど、チョイスが豊富あります。食べ物は、ケーキ、ティラミス、フラン、またはトーストサンドイッチのようなもっとボリュームのあるものもあります。

モトコーヒーは便利な場所にあり、眺めの良い素敵なカフェです。大人気なので早い時間行った方がおすすめです。
