The cafe sits on the ground floor of the Morning Box Hotel that lies between Sakaisuji Line - Nagahoribashi Station and Midosuji Line - Shinsaibashi Station. Hotel Morning Box stands out with its unique exterior featuring tall glass windows in a segmental arch shape with wooden boards depicting trees in front of it as well as an arch shaped entrance.

Cafe Morning Box is a two floor cafe with the first floor consisting of various tables and sofa seats and the second floor featuring a long counter along the windows as well as a few tables. The first floor features a more cozy interior with retro furniture pieces and lots of plants as well as a vynil record player section in the back. To the right of the entrance you will find a small shop area that sells various general goods. The 2nd floor seating area has a more minimal modern interior design.
