Mon Doux Vie which means “My Sweet life” in French is a cozy little French cafe and brocante on a 10 minute walk from Bentencho Station. It’s located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a residential area and somewhat hidden from view.

Brocante is French for second hand goods which the owner directly buys in France and brings back to sell at Mon Doux Vie. He loves to give the old antique French items a second life in Japan.

The cafe has a white French style interior and exterior and while the inside is quite narrow it can still fit up to up to 12 people at maximum. It’s lovely and stylish interior and exterior make you feel like you’re actually in Paris.

Mon Doux Vie sells homemade scones, quiches and a few other delicious handmade items.

弁天町駅から徒歩でやく10分ぐらいに小さな、ほんわかなフレンチカフェとブロカンテ「モン ドゥ ヴィ」がります。カフェは団地の1階の結構見えない場所にあります。「モン・ドゥ・ ヴィ」はフランス語で「私のスイート・ライフ」という意味です。

フランス語の「ブロカンテ」は雑貨という意味でオーナーは直接にフランスへ行ったり、雑貨を購入したり、日本に持って帰ります。文化と歴史がついてるフランスな骨董品を日本で販売して、セカンドライフをあげたい。

お店のインテリアとエクステリアは白くて、フレンチなスタイルになっています。本当にパリスに居るような雰囲気がします。お店の中は結構狭いけど12人まで座れます。

「モン ドゥ ヴィ」は自家製スコーン、キッシュと他の美味しいな食品を販売しています。
