2020年3月にオープンした「こぞら荘」(instagram.com/kozorasou)は、佐藤・淡路島にひっそりと佇んで、魅力的な施設です。自然に囲まれており、近くの人はもちろん、遠くから訪れる人も淡路島の魅力を感じられる、静かな隠れ家みたい。淡路島に詳しい方々が、この土地の食や文化、ライフスタイルの魅力を、丁寧に作られた空間で伝えたいと思い、この場所を作りました。

館内は温かみがあり、ヴィンテージとモダンが融合したリラックスできる空間です。素敵なベーカリー、選りすぐりのライフスタイルグッズがそろうブティック、快適なゲストハウスが一体となって、居心地の良い空間を作り上げています。ギャラリーでは特別展やポップアップイベントもあり、訪れるたびに新しい発見があります。特に敷地の端にある小さな家は、緑の渓谷と山々を背景にした写真スポットとして人気です。

メニューの中心はベーカリー「こぞらのおやつ」です。淡路島産の卵や牛乳、選ばれた材料を使い、マフィンやスコーンを一日中焼いています。どれも優しく手作りの味で、誰にでも好まれる美味しさです。マフィンは10～14種類、スコーンも数種類あります。冬にはローズマリー香るホットココアなど、季節のドリンクも楽しめます。カフェではランチセットや日替わりケーキもあり、いつでも新しい味を楽しめます。
