Green Cab is part of Project Cab  Co.ltd, which not only specializes in marketing, branding, and design but also ventures into wine and apparel production, both of which are available for purchase within the café.

The café boasts a sleek black exterior that seamlessly transitions into its interior, where the kitchen counter and window counter are also elegantly black. Alongside the dark tones, the café incorporates wooden elements, highlighted by a stunning natural hardwood table in the rear. The spacious interior designed by Project Cab, accommodates seating for up to 10 people, offering a combination of kitchen counter seats and table seats, three of which are positioned along the window side.

The menu focusses mainly on coffee and wine with coffee options including Green Cabs original blend drip coffee, Americano, Latte (550 yen) as well as other drinks tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. For food the menu offers a variation between toasts, baguette sandwich, Neapolitan spaghetti and delicious canelé.

長堀鶴見緑地線の西長堀駅「3番出口」から徒歩で2分ぐらいのところにおしゃれなカフェ「Green Cab Coffee Roaster – グリーンキャブ コーヒーロースター」 instagram.com/green.cab.pj/があります。2023年5月にオープンして、ものすごい大きなマンションの1階にあります。Green Cab は、マーケティング、ブランディング、デザインを専門とするだけでなく、カフェ内で購入できるワインやアパレルの生産にも取り組んでいる Project Cab Co.ltd の一部です。

カフェの外観は真っ黒で、周囲の建物とは異なり、とても目立っています。店内に入ると、インテリアも、キッチンカウンターと窓側のカウンターは外観と同じ黒い素材になっています。 ダークトーンに加えて、カフェには木製の要素が組み込まれており、後方にある見事な天然広葉樹のテーブルが強調されています。 プロジェクトキャブがデザインした広々とした店内は、キッチンカウンター席とテーブル席を合わせて窓側に3席、最大10名様まで着席可能。

メニューはコーヒーとワインを中心に、グリーンキャブスオリジナルブレンドのドリップコーヒー、アメリカーノ、ラテ（550円）などのコーヒー以外には、紅茶、ホットチョコレート、ソフトドリンクなどもあります。 食事のメニューには、トースト、バゲットサンドイッチ、ナポリタンスパゲッティとおいしいカヌレからも選びます。
