Located in the Minoo area in North Osaka is "Cafe Matin", a spacious and inviting café and coffee roaster that has been serving customers since July 2012. To reach Cafe Matin, you can take bus numbers 20, 22, or 85 from SenriChuo Station.

Situated on the third floor of the retro Wallman building which boasts a unique architectural design with tall arches reminiscent of Arabic influences. From the outside the building looks like an office building and the entrance is quite obscure so it might be a little difficult to find the entrance. You can access the café either by taking the elevator from inside the car parking or climbing the stairs. The elevator at the cafe is spacious enough, making it accessible even for wheelchair users and parents with strollers so that they can also enjoy visiting the cafe.

Once inside, you'll first walk through what looks like a storage area for antique furniture until the sign of the café greets you. Throughout the store, a delightful collection of antique coffee grinders and other antiques decorate the cafe giving it a retro vibe. From the café, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Minoh mountains and witness beautiful sunsets.

Cafe Matin offers a morning menu (available until 11:00 am) featuring the "Today's Specialty Coffee" for 470 yen, with free refills when paired with food. They provide a total of seven breakfast options, ranging from simple to extravagant. After 11:00 am until 3:00 pm, you can indulge in their lunch menu, which includes homemade napolitan spaghetti or a daily one-plate lunch. Additionally, their selection of sweets comprises delicious treats like creme brulee and various cakes. Notably, the café is renowned for its adorable latte art, which may make you hesitant to take that first sip of your coffee.

カフェ・マタンでは、「本日のスペシャルティコーヒー」を中心としたモーニングメニュー（オープンから午前11時まで）を470円（おかわり自由）で提供しています。 シンプルなものから豪華なものまで、7種類の朝食を用意されています。 午前11時から午後3時までは、自家製ナポリタンや日替わりワンプレートランチなどのランチメニューが楽しめる。 さらに、クレームブリュレや各種ケーキなどのスイーツもあります。 カフェマタンの定番アイテムは素敵なラテアートがついてるコーヒーです。一口だけ飲んでもったいない気分になるぐらいの素敵なラテアートです。
