Café Fouet is a lovely rustic French style café located in the middle of Fukushima, Osaka.

It opened its doors in 2010 and has been popular ever since. Fouet is French for whisk, a cooking utensil but also has a deeper meaning with the way cream whips up when using a whisk. Fouet wants its customers to feel that similar light and fluffy whipped up feeling when they visit the café.

The café is located on the ground-floor of a corner building adjacent to a small playground and is partially covered with vines. It has a white stucco exterior with a wooden entrance and window frames. The windows have foldable wooden exterior shutters which gives the exterior a French look and feel. The entrance has weathered white wood doors with wainscot paneling (try to say that 3 times quickly).

Similar to the exterior, the interior of the café is mostly white with a wood board floor, wooden tables and other pieces of furniture that all have a weathered look.  The weathered furniture in combination with the antique items and decoration really gives the interior a rustic French, farmhouse look.

Fouet is mostly famous for it's sweets but it also has a proper lunch menu, as well as a large assortment of cookies for sale that you can bring home. Their main dish is a delicious quiche plate that comes (your choice) with or without a bagel. The plate comes with salad and pickled vegetables. They also sell a variety of toasts and cake or icecream.

Café Fouet has a lovely white rustic interior, exterior and has a delicious menu which is the reason why they are so popular and have been in business for a long time.

2010年にオープンして以来大人気なカフェです。 フエはフランス語で泡立て器ですが、、泡立て器を使うときにクリームが飛ぶかんじも表現するみたい。

カフェは小さな公園のすぐ隣にある角にある建物の1階にあり、一部がに蔦で覆われています。外観は白くて、入り口と窓枠は風化した白いウッドの素材です。窓には折り畳み式の木製のシャッターがあり、フランス風のルックアンドフィールになっています。

外観と同様に、カフェのインテリアはほとんど白で、ウッドボード床、木材のテーブル、その他の風化した家具に構成しています。風化した家具とアンティークのアイテムや装飾を組み合わせるで、よりラスティックとフランス風なインテリアのように見えます。

Fouetはお菓子で有名ですが、ランチメニューや、持ち帰ることができるさまざまな種類のクッキーも販売されています。メインディッシュは、「ベーグルの有無に」美味しいなキッシュプレートです。プレートにはサラダと野菜のピクルスが付いています。また、さまざまなトーストやケーキ、アイスクリームも販売しています。

CaféFouetは、素敵なラスティックなインテリア、エクステリア、そして美味しいなメニューが人気の理由で、長い間営業を続けています。
