13F Coffeeは2023年5月にオープンし、その名前はオーナーが以前勤めていた渋谷の会社が13階にあったことに由来しています。本の装丁（そうてい）というのは本の表紙のデザインを考えるところから本の外箱＞＞カバー＞＞表紙などの制作、全般を意味しています。モダンとレトロの組み合わせしたインテリアには土壁にアートが飾られたり、あちこちに本も展示されています。定期的に13F Coffee自社が作っている「13F」のチラシもおいてあり、お客様も自由に読めることが出来ます。
