Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute walk from Tozai Line's Nijo Station is the lovely 'Urinsha' cafe, located in an authentic kyomachiya. Inside, the cafe features a dimly lit interior with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It prominently showcases wood materials, relaxing music, and is decorated with paintings, quaint handmade sculptures, bookshelves, and plants.

The menu focuses mainly on light, fluffy pancakes and coffee, but they also sometimes offer cake or pudding. Pancakes are available as single or double servings and come with butter on top. For an extra charge, you can add whipped cream or ice cream. For people who dont drink coffee there is also softdrink available.

Urinsha sits next to Toho cinemas which makes it a great place for a break before or after the movie.

東西線二条駅から徒歩で5分ぐらいの閑静のエリアに素敵な京町家カフェ「Urinsha　雨林舎」があります。店内は薄暗いインテリアでウッド素材が多くて、穏やかな音楽が店内流れながら平和な雰囲気がします。インテリアには小物の飾りが多くて、絵、ハンドメードの小物、本棚と観葉植物で居心地の良い雰囲気がします。

メニューにはパンケーキとコーヒーがメインで、パンケーキはシングルやダブルから選ばれますが、どちらの選択でもパンケーキの上にバターが付いてきます。別料金でホイップクリームやアイスクリームのトッピングでも追加できます。コーヒーが飲めない方にはソフトドリンクもあります。

UrinshaはTOHOシネマズの近くにあるから映画見る前、終わってからでも雨林舎でコーヒー又はスイーツをエンジョイしておすすめです。
