Between Keihan Line Sanjo Station and Tozai Line Kyoto ShiyakushoMae Station is a peculiar ramen restaurant without a name called literally 'Unnamed ramen'. Unnamed ramen opened in September 2014 and is a sistershop of the stylish Sugari Ramen. The restaurant  is located in the basement of the Ceokiyamachi building along the Takase river with its entrance, a staircase going down, situated on the side of the building facing away from the river.

The restaurant features a distinctive design, with two small inner gardens and a concrete walkway separating the entrance and waiting area from the dining space. The interior is mainly concrete and features a minimalistic aesthetic.

At this restaurant, ordering your ramen is done through a digital display near the entrance, much like at its sister restaurant, Sugari. However, unlike Sugari, this restaurant also accepts cash. The menu is limited but includes ramen, tsukemen, and soba. You have the option to add additional ingredients such as motsu (meat guts) or chashu (roasted pork fillet), as well as extra egg and select the amount of noodles. Once you're called, you can seat yourself at one of the twelve available bar stools along the kitchen counter. In front of you, you will find a drawer containing chopsticks, napkins, and a variety of seasonings for you to use.

Unnamed ramen is a stylish ramenshop with good ramen and a distinctive interior that makes for an interesting visit.

京阪本線三条駅と東西線京都市役所前駅の間に、独特の店名の「名前のないラーメン屋」というラーメン店があります。名前のないラーメンは2014年9月にオープンした、おしゃれなすがりラーメンの姉妹店です。お店は、高瀬川沿いのセオキヤマチ ビルの地下にあり、建物の側面にある階段を下ると入口があります。

レストランのインテリアデザインが特徴で、2つの小さな中庭とコンクリート通路で、エントランス・待ちスペースとダイニングスペースが分けられています。インテリアは主にコンクリートで、ミニマルなデザインになっています。

このレストランでは、ラーメンの注文は、姉妹店のスガリーと同じように、入り口近くのデジタルディスプレイでオーダーが出来ます。ただし、Sugariとは異なり、このレストランは現金もOKです。 メニューは選択が限ってて、ラーメン、つけ麺、そばなどだけがあります。 モツやチャーシューなどの具材の追加、玉子の追加、麺の量も選ばれます。 呼ばれたら、キッチンカウンターに沿っての12席のスツールのいずれかに座ることができます。 目の前にある引き出しから箸やナプキン、各種調味料が使えます。

名前のないラーメンは、おいしいラーメンと独特のインテリアで面白いラーメン屋さんです。
