The café opened its doors in May 2023 and sits on the ground flour of a large apartment building where it stands out with its dark black exterior. Green Cab is part of Project Cab Co.ltd , which not only specializes in marketing, branding, and design but also ventures into wine and apparel production, both of which are available for purchase within the café.

The café boasts a sleek black exterior that seamlessly transitions into its interior, where the kitchen counter and window counter are also elegantly black. Alongside the dark tones, the café incorporates wooden elements, highlighted by a stunning natural hardwood table in the rear. The spacious interior designed by Project Cab, accommodates seating for up to 10 people, offering a combination of kitchen counter seats and table seats, three of which are positioned along the window side.

The menu focusses mainly on coffee and wine with coffee options including Green Cabs original blend drip coffee, Americano, Latte (550 yen) as well as other drinks tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. For food the menu offers a variation between toasts, baguette sandwich, Neapolitan spaghetti and delicious canelé.
