Located in the Monobe area, it’s easiest to reach by car and is tucked inside a creative complex known as DoA Door (instagram.com/marusho_marche_doa_door) .

The café operates as a “design + roastery” space , centered around the idea of creating coffee tailored to each individual. Rather than offering a fixed menu alone, the shop emphasizes custom blending , guests can share their preferences, mood, or even the occasion, and the roaster will craft a blend to match. These blends are available both for drinking in and as take-home beans, often presented with a gift-like feel.

At the heart of the shop is the roaster and owner, affectionately known as コタさん (Kota) , whose personal approach shapes the experience. The atmosphere reflects this philosophy: calm, minimal, and welcoming, designed to encourage conversation and slow enjoyment rather than quick turnover.

The menu is intentionally focused. Coffee takes the lead, with around eight origin-based, house-roasted beans forming the foundation, alongside custom blends.
