Previously known as The Workture, the shop has evolved into a unique combination of a cafe and zakka store. The cafe is run by the charming gentleman called Yusuke - instagram.com/___yscf, a barista by day and caregiver at night, who brings his expertise and passion for coffee to the forefront. The cafe’s history began with The Workture in June 2020, The name “Workture” translates to “workchair” in Japanese, reflecting its concept as “a furniture and miscellaneous goods store for working people” with a focus on providing interior goods to enhance daily living. In 2022, the shop started collaborating with Yusuke, who was running Shirankedo in Itami City. This partnership grew, and in April 2023, Yusuke became a permanent part of the team, leading to the rebranding as Workture Shirankedo. In 2024 the cafe has been rebranded into YouDoKnow Coffee x Workture and features a coffee bar at the front and the goods shop with seating in the back, blending the charm of a cafe and a lifestyle store.

The menu at YouDoKnow Coffee offers a balanced selection of drinks and food items to cater to various preferences. Coffee lovers can enjoy drip coffee in blend or single-origin options, along with a range of espresso-based beverages like lattes (600 yen), cappuccinos, and americanos. Unique choices such as the black latte and espresso tonic add a creative twist to the lineup. Non-coffee drinkers are not left out, with options like milk chocolate, matcha or chai lattes, lemonade, and juice. On the food side, indulgent desserts such as donuts, puddings, and terrines (available with ice cream) are featured alongside savory options like hot dogs, ham & cheese, and salmon sandwiches. For a quick snack, signature Yusuke cookies by 'Pierrot Kitchen' are also available, adding variety to this well-rounded menu.

From 2025, Yusuke will begin roasting and selling his own coffee beans, including a decaf option. His meticulous approach to coffee-making reflects his dedication to the craft, ensuring every cup is exceptional. カフェの歴史は、2020年6月にThe Worktureから始まりました。店名の「Workture」は日本語の「ワークチェア」という意味で「はたらく人の家具・雑貨のお店」として、暮らしを豊かにするインテリア雑貨が揃えています」というコンセプトを表しています。2022年には、伊丹市でShirankedoを営むYusukeさんとのコラボレーションをスタート。この関係性が深まり、2023年4月にYusukeさんがチームに正式参加したことで、Workture Shirankedoとしてリブランディングされました。2024年にはYouDoKnow Coffee x Worktureとして更にリブランディングされ、手前にカフェ、奥に客席スペースと雑貨屋さんを併設し、カフェとライフスタイルストアの魅力を融合させています。
