Opened in 2014, Cubierta is an extremely popular pizzeria that sits on the rooftop of the stylish Biotop building located in the Yotsubashi area. The pizzeria is accessible by an elevator that sits in a portico on the side of the building along the Nishinagahorie-Nishi road. The elevator only goes up to the third floor, from where you have to climb one set of stairs to Cubierta on the fourth floor. Along the way, you will find the cool Cubierta neon logo lighting up the stairwell.

As you enter, a staff member will guide you to a table on the terrace. Each table is equipped with a parasol, ensuring you can dine outside comfortably, whether it's sunny or drizzling.

Cubierta serves NY-style pizzas with several options for toppings. You can even customize your pizza with extra toppings for a small fee, such as green pepper, garlic, mushroom, bacon, salami, ricotta cheese, gorgonzola, camembert, prosciutto, mozzarella, and more. The pizzas are expertly baked in a stone oven. In addition to pizza, their menu features salads and various sides like assorted cheese, grilled chicken, lasagna, gnocchi, and more.
