It sits on the ground floor of a small multi tenant building and has a full glass exterior set in a black steel framework. The entrance consists of double doors with a ramp for wheelchair and stroller access. Going inside the shop you will first enter a small foyer with a take-out window and a small general goods area. If you decide to eat-in you’ll go through another set of double doors and enter the main café area.

The interior is very clean and spacious with an American style design featuring frame mold paneled kitchen counter and a beautiful herringbone floor. The kitchen counter with a hardwood top features a lovely wood and glass display case filled with delicious sweets. The seating area consists of three large tables ideal for groups, a small round table in the corner and another small table near the windows.

The menu consist mainly of hamburgers and apple pie with a selection of 10 different hamburgers (standard burger, cheese burger, egg burger, bbq burger, teriyaki burger, avocado burger, salsa cheese burger, bacon cheese burger, double cheese burger and an ace burger) that all come with a side of salad and fries. There are also extra toppings available (cheese, bbq sauce, avocado, fried egg, bacon or patty) for an extra charge. Besides the standard menu burgers there is also a monthly burger, giving you another reason to visit every month. Apple pies come in custard, caramel cinnamon and cream cheese flavor. Besides burgers and apple pie Ace Coffee also offers pancake, quiche, sandwiches, curry and taco rice.
