SÖT COFFEE ROASTER Shinsaibashi is located in Osaka’s Minamisenba district, just a five-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and one minute from Shinsaibashi-suji North Shopping Street. Opened on July 28, 2026, it is the brand’s fourth location in the Kansai region, following its cafés in Temmabashi, Kitahama, and Kyoto Shichijo.

Founded in Osaka in 2019, SÖT COFFEE ROASTER is a specialty coffee roaster known for its carefully sourced beans and Nordic-inspired roasting style. The name “SÖT” means “sweet” in Swedish, reflecting the brand’s focus on highlighting the natural sweetness and unique characteristics of each coffee bean through its roasting process.

The Shinsaibashi store serves specialty coffee brewed from its own roasted beans, with hand-drip coffee and espresso-based drinks available. Alongside its coffee menu, the café also offers desserts and light food, including its popular tiramisu. The store follows the concept “Not Just Coffee. Power Fruits.”, combining specialty coffee with fresh fruit-based offerings.
